Jess’ love for accessorizing began at an early age, and was recognized when
she picked out her first pair of red cowboy boots. After earning her BFA in
Textiles from Rhode Island School of Design in 2003, she furthered her studies
at the Fashion Institute of Technology, concentrating on Handbag and Accessory
Design. In pursuit of her lifelong dream, her signature collection was launched in
August 2008.
Proudly handcrafted in New York, Jess Rizzuti New York is
dedicated to delivering a product that embodies a modern lifestyle while
mastering the art of detail. She is passionate about producing handbags that are
congruently beautiful, inside and out. Jess Rizzuti New York provides accessible
luxury, where rich materials, textures, and prints are all signatures of the brand.
Jess is well versed in working with a wide variety of art media and subject matter.
Her design work includes custom murals, apparel, surface pattern, furniture,
flowers, jewelry, and other commissioned works of art.
