am a sculptress of altered jewelry design. My canvas is vintage estate
costume jewelry. My background is product and interior design. I
apply the same principles of line, scale, balance, and juxtaposition in
my jewelry designs.
I
am passionate about the past. I am intrigued with history, and
adornment that embodies a cultural idiom. My inspiration comes from old
Hollywood glamour and the modern operetta of runway fashion today.
I mix eras to arrive with a medley of color, history, pattern and from there I create a sustainable story."
